Your whole move in one document

A PDF report with your boxes and what's in each one, a box's list to tape inside it, and your items in Excel or CSV.

Your whole move in one document — move-dashboard

How it works

  1. Open the report

    From your move. The app puts it together with the boxes and items you have.

  2. Save it as a PDF

    «Download PDF» opens your browser's print dialog; choose «Save as PDF» as the destination.

  3. Or export the list

    On the Export screen, your items come out in Excel or CSV, to work with in a spreadsheet.

The PDF report

The report is your moving inventory list as a tidy document, ready to print or save as a PDF:

  • a cover with the name of the move;
  • a summary — how many boxes, how many items, how many rooms;
  • an index, with page numbers;
  • the boxes, each with its items in a grid, with their photos.

It’s for when you want a copy that isn’t on your phone, to hand to the movers, or to keep at hand in the new home while you unpack.

One box’s list

Each box also has its own manifest: the list of what’s inside, ready to print. Some people tape it to the inside of the lid — whoever opens the box knows right away what they should find.

Excel and CSV

The export puts your items in a spreadsheet, one row per item, with each item’s details. It’s how you work with the list somewhere else — sort it, filter it, add things up, share it with people who don’t use the app.

Why there are no values

In a move, the app doesn’t ask what each item is worth: nobody has time for that while packing, and a field nobody fills in only gets in the way. If you need a list with values for insurance, the Excel export is a good starting point: just add a column for the value.
